I have an Audi Q5 2.0T 2009 petrol and today I fill it with about 4 liters of Xtreme 5w-40 synthetic Formulation API SN/CF Petronas when the engine oil level showed extreme low pressure. After driving it for about a 1 kilometer, the car could not accelerate as I was pressing and the speed start going down and it came back after a 100 meters and started to smoke from the exhaust pipes. I returned back and pack the car at home jump into my different car. What is this problem, please help me to understand because I want to drive my car around.
