    Hi,

I find your article quite informative and useful. I request you to kindly inform me the prescribed engine oil for my car:

    Car : Honda Jazz
Year of Manufacture : 2010 November
    Fuel : Petrol
    Engine capacity : 1198 cc

I am not having the car manual with me. Hence I don’t have idea of engine oil type. I am confused of synthetic 5w30 or 5w40.

    Kindly advise.

    with regards,

    Ganesh Surwase

Hello, depends very much on the temperature of the weather, if you live in a cold country you can use 10w40 if it’s warm you can use 5w30 or 5w40.
